Phone call with Paula Dell, the city attorney, and a staff member familiar with the information system. They use CourtMaster 2000 with an Informix database. They claim:

• No ability to produce electronic reports.
• No ability to export data from the Informix database using in-house staff.

They rejected my request and will follow up with a letter.
