The City has received your request, a copy of which is attached.  The responsive report will need to be prepared by the City’s Information Technology Department, and a representative of that department has been advised of the request.  You will receive additional correspondence when the information is available.

Mark responded with: "I have spoken with Clark Richardson from the City’s IT department who has been the technician working on this request.  Clark had a few questions as to the formats you were capable of accepting, and I thought that it might be easier if he contacted you directly.  If you are agreeable, Clark will try to give you a call in the morning to discuss your request."

I responded that I would be happy to discuss with Clark.
