Mark Mann submitted the responsive red light camera data.

Mon, 02/21/2011

I wrote Jolene:

I’d like all data on hand, which should be from 2003 through now. I say 2003 because that is when I understand Garland started its red light camera program.

Jolene wrote back, confirming that 2003 is the correct program start date.

Fri, 02/18/2011

Jolene re-requested the dates for which I want the data.

Mon, 02/14/2011

Jolene Geurian asked for dates for which I want the data.

Tue, 02/08/2011

Jolene Geurian wrote back with:

The City has received your request, a copy of which is attached.  The responsive report will need to be prepared by the City’s Information Technology Department, and a representative of that department has been advised of the request.  You will receive additional correspondence when the information is available.

Check mailed to Garland.

Mon, 11/02/2009

Mark emailed me that data is ready and that I owe $128.25 for 4.5 hrs of labor.

I acknowledged the email and promised a check in the mail.

Clark and I got the data transferred to SMU equipment.

Fri, 10/30/2009

Clark Richardson and I traded emails and agreed on data format, scope of data, and how to get the data to me.

Thu, 10/29/2009

Mark responded with: "I have spoken with Clark Richardson from the City’s IT department who has been the technician working on this request.  Clark had a few questions as to the formats you were capable of accepting, and I thought that it might be easier if he contacted you directly.  If you are agreeable, Clark will try to give you a call in the morning to discuss your request."

I responded that I would be happy to discuss with Clark.

Called Mark Mann and provided clarification. Asked that they investigate a direct data export from their underlying database, a less expensive method of providing data. Followed up with email to same effect.
