Mark requested I resend the open records request, which I did late in the day. Mark also said SSNs and DL numbers cannot be released. I told him I'm OK omitting SSNs, but I need to understand the statutory authority to exclude DL numbers. Generally, these statutes permit disclosure for academic research purposes.
