John Ellison of Rowlett replied with: The information that is being requested is proprietary and can only be released by ACS who actually has control of the data. In order to get the information, Ms. Cambre would have to contact ACS direct. He gave me contact info for a person at ACS. I wrote back, saying that TPIA does not apply to private companies, so I am unable to do so. I also pointed out that Dallas, which also uses ACS, provided me the requested data for $48.80. John wrote back saying he would talk to ACS directly. |
