Additional extensive emails and phone conversation with Terry Smith. Terry resisted any solution than to produce the data in any form other than through the applicaiton. Canceled original request, submitted new request to get information on their police and court data management systems. Response indicated that both systems use SQL Server as the back end. Sent new request asking for backup of or export from the databases directly without going through the application. After several more emails, establihsed that Terry is willing to follow up on this and the charge is still $36. Check written and will be put in the mail on Thursday. |
