Emailed initial request that included:

  1. All data of motorist citations, written by any agency. This should include all written violations regardless of final disposition, including but not limited to “pled guilty,” “nolo,” “deferred disposition,” “dismissed,” “found innocent,” etc.
  2. All available electronic data of crash records tracked by TxDPS.
  3. All available information on traffic stops (“arrests”) performed by TxDPS. This should include reason for stop (“suspected speeding,” “suspected DUI,” etc.).
