I wrote Sylvia saying I never received a response and reminded her of the 10 day response requirement in the TPIA.

"P Richardson" replied with:

Ma’am your request is being reviewed by our City Attorney’s Office, you where mailed a letter stating that additional time would be needed to collect the information request. As soon as it is ready you will be contacted by email or U.S. Mail. If you have anymore question, you can email me directly thanks…….

I wrote back saying I never received this letter and provided an address.

P Richarson replied with:

You did not provide an address, I will add the one below

I thanked P Richardson and said that replies by email are fine, too.
